The Yoga Prescription for Stress Relief and Gentle Conditioning

Stress has become a major concern in our lives today.  High stress levels contribute to and can exacerbate certain health issues.  Reducing stress in the mind and body can help to relieve many chronic health problems and lead to a better quality of life.  This program focuses on calming, stress-relieving postures to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. The sequences are practiced at a comfortable pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for all levels looking to stretch, strengthen and ultimately relax the body and the mind.  This is also a program we recommend for our seniors.
