The Yoga Prescription for the Hips and Knees

Hip and knee problems can be greatly eased with practices designed to relieve stiffness and discomfort while building strength and flexibility.  Gentle yoga exercises can address the most common joint issues including osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.  In addition, rehabilitative work designed for post-surgery hip and knee replacements will be addressed. Our program aids in regaining mobility and stability, in order to support a positive return to functional activity.
